Gel breast compresses HOT & COLD

HOT & COLD gel breast pads support you on your breastfeeding journey. They reduce breast swelling, help unblock milk ducts and facilitate milk flow.

You can use them cold or warm. They are made from a soft and flexible material that moulds to the body. They have a pleasant, skin-friendly lining, meaning you can use them directly on the skin without an additional cover.

METHODS OF HEATING AND COOLING

Heating

Place the insert in the microwave (600 W- 25 sec., 385 W- 40 sec.). Remember to spread the gel insert evenly.

Cooling

Place the compress in the freezer (for about 2 hours). Remember to keep it away from food. Spread the gel insert evenly.

SAFETY INFORMATION

• Do not pierce the packaging with sharp objects or apply excessive pressure to it. Do not strike or tread on the packaging.

• If the gel pack is damaged, torn or broken, stop using it and dispose of it in the bin.

• If the product bursts, avoid contact with the eyes and skin. If the liquid comes into contact with the eyes or skin, rinse these areas thoroughly with clean water.

• If the contents of the gel pack are accidentally swallowed, drink plenty of water, try to induce vomiting and, if necessary, contact a doctor.

• Do not apply directly to bleeding skin or to injuries showing signs of inflammation.

• Do not apply hot/cold gel packs directly to the skin, especially straight from the microwave or fridge.

• If you have circulation problems, consult a doctor before use.

• Clean the gel packs regularly in lukewarm water with a mild detergent. Leave to dry.

• Store in a cool, dry place.
